Butterscotch Stuffed Caramel Protein Donuts

Serves 3 donuts


Ingredients

Donuts

  • 1 cup of gluten-free all purpose flour

  • 3/4 cup of whole milk vanilla greek yogurt

  • 1 tbsp of Simply Delish Caramel Sugar-Free Pudding (PURELYHL for discount)

  • 1/3 cup of granulated monk fruit

  • 2 tsp of baking powder

  • 1 egg (for egg wash)

Filling

  • 1 cup of unsweetened almond milk

  • 1 pack of Simply Delish Butterscotch Sugar-Free Pudding (PURELYHL for discount)


Frosting

  • 1 cup of powdered monk fruit

  • 3 tbsp of unsweetened almond milk


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven at 350F.

  2. Mix the dry ingredients for the donuts.

  3. Add the wet ingredients and knead until fully incorporated, you might use your hands for better mixing (don't add more liquid).

  4. Create 3 large donuts.

  5. Whisk the egg and brush the donuts with it.

  6. Bake for 18-20 minutes.

  7. Mix the ingredients for the filling until there are no lumps left.

  8. Mix the ingredients for the frosting.

  9. Transfer the filling into a pipping bag.

  10. Once the donuts are baked, let them cool down and create a hole with a butter knife.

  11. Fill the donuts, top them with sugar free glaze and enjoy!
