Cake Batter Pancakes

Serves 9 mini pancakes
Ingredients
1/2 cup of gluten-free flour
1/2 cup of vanilla cake mix
1/2 cup of peanut butter powder
3 tbsp of dye-free sprinkles
4 tbsp of RxSugar alullose (MARIA20 for discount
1 whole egg
3/4 cup of unsweetened almond milk
3 tbsp of organic whipping cream
Toppings
Organic Whipped Cream
Dye-Free Sprinkles
Instructions
Mix all the dry ingredients for the pancakes.
Mix in the unsweetened almond milk, egg and whipping cream, mix until fully incorporated.
Scoop about 1/4 cup of the pancake mix batter and cook in a pancake skillet for 4 minutes. Repeat with leftover pancake batter
Serve with whipped cream and more sprinkles.
