As a nutritionist I know that healthy eating should be sustainable and convenient without sacrificing any taste. For this recipe I used some Actual Veggies in Black Beans but you can use your favorite ones.

Caprese Veggie Burger Salad Bowl

Serves 2
Ingredients
2 Actual Veggies in Super Greens
2 cups of chopped lettuce
1 cup of arugula
1 cup sliced cherry tomato
1/4 of sliced cucumber
2 tbsp of chopped fresh basil
2 tbsp of chopped red onion
1/2 of mozzarella cheese pearls
1 tbsp of balsamic vinegar
1 pack of Actual Veggies Purple Sweet Potato Fries
Instructions
Instructions
Place the fries and veggie burger in the air fryer basket.
Cook for 18 minutes for 350F, (shake halfway there).
Once cooked, serve on a plate with the previously washed and chopped vegetables.
Top mozzarella cheese, basil and balsamic vinegar, enjoy!
