Caramel Candied Pecan Brownies

Serves 12 brownies
Ingredients
Brownies
1 pack California Country Gal Brownie Mix
1/2 cup of a sliced ripped banana
1/3 cup of egg whites
1 tsp of vanilla extract
Caramel Protein Frosting
2 scoops of Caramel Popcorn Pea Protein (used Happy Way- happymaria for discount)
3/4 cup of coconut yogurt
Toppings
1/4 cup of keto candied pecans
Method
Preheat the oven at 350F.
Mix all the dry ingredient in a bowl and then add the wet ingredients.
Pour the bread batter into twelve silicone muffin cups and bake for 20 minutes.
In the meantime, mix the ingredients for the protein frosting.
Once baked and cool, add the frosting to each brownie and top with pecans.
