Caramel Miso Pumpkin Rice Pudding

Serves 1


Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup of jasmine rice

  • 1/2 cup of water

  • 1/4 cup of  NutPods Pumpkin Spice Creamer (PURELY_HEALTHY_LIVING for 15% off!)

  • 1/2 cup of unsweetened almond milk

  • 1 tbsp of Simply Delish Caramel Instant Pudding mix (PURELYHL for discount)

  • 1 tbsp of miso paste

  • 1 scoop of Equip Foods Caramel Grass-Fed Protein

  • 1/4 tsp of chai spice

  • 1/2 tsp of cinnamon

  • 1 tsp of vanilla extract

  • 1/4 cup of pumpkin puree

  • 1 pinch of sea salt


Toppings

  • Whipped Cream

  • Cocomels Sugar-Free Caramels


Instructions

  1. Cook the jasmine rice as indicated in the package.

  2. Mix all the ingredients for the rice and cook in the microwave for 1:30 minutes in high, keep an eye to avoid it from spilling.

  3. Let it cool down.

  4. Add toppings to your oats and enjoy!
