White Chocolate Baileys Banana Bread

Serves 6-8 pieces
Ingredients
1 cup of gluten-free flour
1/4 tsp of baking salt
1 tsp of baking powder
2/3 of RxSugar alullose (MARIA20 for discount)
2 eggs
2 bananas
1 cup of shredded carrot
1/2 cup of vanilla greek yogurt
1 tsp of vanilla extract
1/2 cup of Irish Cream
1/4 cup of sugar-free white chocolate chips
Instructions
Preheat the oven at 350F.
Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl.
Place the bananas in a bowl and microwave for 1:30 minutes.
Add the eggs, vanilla extract, bananas and greek yogurt and Irish cream, mix well with the dry ingredients.
Transfer the batter into a silicone loaf baking dish.
Top with white chocolate chips.
Bake for 35-40 minutes and let them cool down.
Mix the ingredients for the glaze, top the bread with it, slice and enjoy!
