Carrot Biscoff Cream Cheese Cake

Serves 1-2 single serving cakes
Ingredients
1/2 cup of gluten-free flour
1 crushed biscoff cookie
1/2 tsp of cinnamon
1 tsp of baking powder
1/4 of RxSugar alullose (MARIA20 for discount)
2 tbsp of egg whites
1 tsp of vanilla extract
2 cup of vanilla greek yogurt
1/3 cup of unsweetened almond milk
2 pieces of laughing cow cheese
1 biscoff cookie
Instructions
Preheat the oven at 350F.
Mix all the dry ingredients in a small bowl.
Add the wet ingredients and mix well.
Pour the batter into a small (or two) baking dish.
Top with biscoff cookie and cheese.
Bake for 20 minutes and let it cool and enjoy!
