Carrot Cake Tiramisu Protein Parfait

Serves 1
Ingredients
Cream Layer
1 cup of vanilla greek yogurt
1 steamed carrot
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1/8 tsp of sugar-free caramel stevia drops
Parfait
4 lady fingers
2/3 cup of unsweetened almond milk
1/8 tsp of sugar-free caramel stevia drops
Instructions.
Mix all the ingredients for the cream.
Mix the unsweetened almond milk with caramel.
Soak the lady fingers in almond milk, cut the lady fingers in half.
Pour half of the pudding and top with soaked the lady fingers.
Top with leftover cream, carrots and leftover lady finger.
Enjoy!
