Cereal Sugar Cookie Protein Bread

Serves 6-12 servings


Ingredients

For the bread

  • 1/3 cup of granulated alullose (or monk fruit)

  • 1 1/2 cup of Prozis caramel protein pancake mix (PURELYHL for discount)

  • 1/2 cup of egg whites

  • 1 1/2 cup of crushed Magic Spoon Sugar Cookie Cereal

Toppings

Method

  1. Preheat the oven at 350F.

  2. In a bowl mix all the dry ingredients, then mix in the wet ingredients and stranger to a silicone baking dish.

  3. Add the toppings and bake for 40 minutes.

  4. Let it cool down, slice into 6-12 slices and enjoy!
