Cheddar Parmesan Bites Queso Fundido

Serves 4-8
Ingredients
2 bags of Brazi Bites Cheddar Parmesan Cheese Brazilian Bread
1 block of cream cheese (room temperature)
1 cup of shredded mozzarella
1 tsp of garlic
1/8 tsp of black pepper
1 tsp of taco seasoning
2/3 cup of Mexican Chorizo
Serving
Dried Cilantro
Instructions
Preheat the oven at 350F.
Cook the chorizo in a skillet for 5-7 minutes on medium heat, until fully cooked. Set aside.
Mix the cream cheese with seasonings.
Spread a think layer of the cheese mix over a baking dish.
Microwave the cheese bites for 30 seconds.
Place two rows cheese bites around the baking dish.
Add the rest of the cheese mix in the center.
Bake for 25-30 minutes.
Let it cool down, top with cooked chorizo and dried cilantro.
