Cheesecake Stuffed Brioche Buns

Serves 4 serving
Ingredients
2 scoops of Nuzest Vanilla Pea Protein (PURELYHL for discount)
1 whole egg
1/3 cup of organic yogurt
2 tsp of elderberry powder
1 scoop of vanilla pea protein (optional)
3 tbsp of granulated monk fruit
4 Canyon Bakehouse Gluten-Free Sweet Brioche Stye buns
Yogurt and dye-free sprinkles for topping
Method
Preheat the oven at 350F.
Mix all the ingredients for the cheesecake mix.
Cut the brioche carefully in a hart shape.
Stuff them with the cheesecake mix and bake for 18 minutes. Or ayr fry for 15 minutes at 350F.
Let them cool and enjoy!
