Cheesy Broccoli Focaccia (Keto & Gluten Free)

Hello everyone! I'm coming at you with another savory recipe, a super easy and delicious egg bake that includes some of my favorite ingredients; eggs, cheese, broccoli and bacon! Plus I'm including a secret ingredient that really amps up the flavor and consistency of this low carb bread.


One thing is a fact; I love baked goods foods no matter the time of the day, and most importantly I love eggs. It's super rare the day I don't eat eggs, my younger me would be so confused right now because back in the day I didn't like eggs. Or not at least they were cooked like migas (eggs + corn tortillas).



Anyways, this is an cheesy broccoli focaccia that's great for your next brunch, lunch, dinner or of course, breakfast. Also a great way to sneak in some greens (hello broccoli!), plus the combination of cheese and bacon makes this a recipe that any picky eater could not resist!



This is a perfect side dish that will go perfectly with your main protein and more vegetables, how does paring this with roasted vegetables sounds like?



One of the key ingredients in this recipe is nothing like pork rinds! Yes, that's right. My current baking obsession and a great low carb and gluten free alternative for flour, highly recommend trying this hack!



I also used pork panko on my Mexican Sweet Cornbread, simply epic and another must try recipe! You won't tell the flavor of them. But in this recipe I used fine herbs & vinaigrette pork rinds for that italian and elegant touch.
