Cherry Chai Latte

Serves 1 latte


Ingredients

Chai Latte:

Cherry Cream:

  • 1/2 cup of frozen cherries

  • 1 cup of water

  • 1 tbsp of vanilla extract

  • 1/3 cup of whole milk (or whipping cream)


Instructions

  1. Microwave the cherries with monk fruit, vanilla extract and water for 2:00 minutes. Let it cool down.

  2. Once the cherry syrup has cooled down, drain the cherries (you can use these to top a treat or yogurt!) 

  3. Froth the 3 tbsp of the cherry syrup and whole milk.

  4. Shake the ingredients for the coffee except for the ice.

  5. Coffee in a glass with ice, top with cherry foam and enjoy!
