Cherry Mocha Brownie Cookies

Serves 31 servings
Ingredients
For the cake
3 cup of gluten free cereal (like this)
1/2 cup of hemp seeds
3 tbsp of unsweetened shredded coconut
1/2 cup of granulated monk fruit
2 tbsp of instant coffee
3/4 cup of low carb chocolate chips
1 cup of frozen cherries
1 tsp of vanilla extract
Method
Add the cereal in to a blender and pulse until it looks like flour.
Add the rest of the ingredients and pulse with breaks in between to scrape the edges with a spoon.
Repeat this step until all the ingredient have been fully incorporated.
Scoop them into 31 little bites and freeze them!
