As a nutritionist I know that healthy eating should be sustainable and convenient without sacrificing any taste. For this recipe I used some alaskan wild-caught salmon but you can also use cook this with tilapia or cod.

Chipotle Artichoke Salmon (Air Fried)

Serves 2
Ingredients
For the Salmon
To Serve
2 cups of lettuce
1/4 cup of artichoke parmesan dip
1/4 cup of sliced strawberries
Instructions
Season the salmon with all the seasonings.
Air fry for 18 minutes at 355F.
Serve on a plate with lettuce, top with artichoke dip and strawberries.
