Chipotle Miso Tso Crispy Chicken

I am a huge fan of making my own kitchen fusion experiments; my Mexican blood never stops and in this occasion I couldn't resist making this Tso Crispy Chicken with a Chipotle and Miso sauce that will take your tastebuds to another level!


To keep it extra easy for both of us I used Real Good Foods Tso Chicken that you can find locally or on their site and made my sauce... this whole recipe was EPIC and took me less than 30 minutes to make!


You only need 6 INGREDIENTS for this delicious recipe... can't get any better!

This is extremely easy to make and extremely flavorful! The ingredients are simple and short, and the process of making these is just as minimal and easy, you'll be surprised... your guests and their tastebuds! This recipe is perfect no matter the occasion but I wanted to add a little fun twist by using some miso, chipotle and crispy chicken of course!


My star ingredient; Real Good Foods Tso Chicken that saves my life when it comes to quick and delicious lunch or dinner ideas. Always a staple in my freezer, from their enchiladas to their bowls and of course, their crispy chicken products.

This are easy to make, seriously so good! Don't mind if I eat this for dinner every day for a whole week, it's hard to pass a good crispy chicken, and with that touch of chipotle and miso sauce?! Just the perfect combination of flavors.

Chipotle Miso Tso Crispy Chicken

Serves 1-2 serving


Ingredients


Chipotle Miso Sauce

  • 1/2 cup of greek yogurt

  • 2 tbsp of chipotle puree

  • 1 tbsp of miso

  • 1 tsp of garlic salt seasoning


Method

  1. Air fry the chicken for 16 minutes at 385F.

  2. Mix the ingredients for the chipotle miso sauce.

  3. Once cooked add the tso sauce in the chicken, mix and serve in a plate.

  4. Top with chipotle miso sauce and fresh cilantro.
