As a nutritionist I know that healthy eating should be sustainable and convenient without sacrificing any taste. For this recipe I used some wild-caught sockeye salmon but you can use your favorite salmon, although I highly suggest getting wild-caught at least.

Chipotle Pretzel Crushed Salmon

Serves 1
Ingredients
1 piece of sockeye salmon
1/2 tsp of garlic
1/8 tsp of black pepper
1 lime
1 tsp of alullose (or sugar replacement)
2 tbsp of chipotle puree
3 tbsp of crushed honey salted pretzels (used Quinn)
Instructions
Season the salmon with lime, salt, pepper and garlic.
Spread the chipotle puree over the salmon, top with alullose and crushed pretzels.
Air fry for 18-20 minutes at 385F.
