Chipotle Tamarind Turkey Meatballs

Serves 1-2


Ingredients

Meatballs

  • 1 pack of Diestel Turkey Ground Organ Meat

  • 1/4 cup of cilantro

  • 1/4 cup of onion

  • 1 tsp of sea salt

  • 1 tsp of garlic powder

  • 1/8 tsp of black pepper

Chipotle Tamarind Sauce

  • 1 cup of sugar-free ketchup

  • 3 tbsp of chipotle puree

  • 3 tbsp of tamarind concentrate

  • Green onions (for garnish)


Instructions

  1. Wash and chop the onion and cilantro.

  2. Mix all the ingredients all the ingredients for the meatballs and create 8-9 golf ball size meatballs.

  3. Air fry for 19 minutes at 355F or bake for 24 minutes at 350F.

  4. Mix all the ingredients for the sauce.

  5. Serve the meatballs with sauce and enjoy!
