Chistorra & Lobster Creamy Pasta

Serves 2 servings
Ingredients
2 pieces of fresh lobster
2 pieces of chistorra
1/2 tbsp of sea salt flakes
1 tsp of garlic powder
1/8 tsp of black pepper
Spicy Pasta Sauce
2 tomatoes
1/4 red onion
1 tsp of sea salt flakes
1 tsp of garlic powder
1/8 tsp of black pepper
2 pieces of the laughing cow cheese
1 tbsp of red pepper chili flakes
3 cups of palmini pasta (or pasta of choice)
Method
Preheat the oven at 350F.
Cut the lobster from the tail to top, and then crack open.
Add the seasonings and bake with the chistorra for 22 minutes.
Place the tomatoes and red onion with a touch of black pepper and garlic, cover with foil paper and air fry for 20 minutes at 355.
Once cooked blend all the ingredients for the sauce and cook the pasta.
Serve with cooked lobster, chistorra and enjoy!
