Chocolate Almond Protein S'mores Cookies

Serves 6 huge cookies
Ingredients
1 cup of Beth Blends Gluten-Free Flour (PURELYHL for discount)
1/2 cup of oat flour
2 scoops of Rise Bar Chocolate Almond Grass-Fed Protein (PURELYHL for discount)
1 tsp of baking soda
1 tsp of baking powder
1/2 tsp of salt
1/2 cup of RxSugar alullose (MARIA20 for discount)
1/2 cup of brown granulated monk fruit
1/2 cup of cacao hazelnut butter (or any other type)
2 whole eggs
2 tsp of vanilla extract
1 chopped Rise Bar Chocolate Almond Protein Bar (PURELYHL for discount)
To Serve
Sugar-Free Marshmallows
Instructions
Preheat the oven at 350F.
Mix all the dry ingredients for the cookies.
Add the wet ingredients along with the hazelnut butter, mix until fully incorporated.
Create 6 large cookie balls and place them in a baking tray.
Top with chocolate bar.
Bake for 11-12 minutes.
Serve with marshmallows and roast with a kitchen torch.
