I used the macadamia milk, eggs, bananas and some Nuzest Vanilla Pea Protein (PURELYHL for discount) to create some magic along with some cinnamon, Magic Spoon Chocolate Cereal, Mexican vanilla and the combination of the toppings.

Chocolate Banana Foster Custard

Serves 1-2


Ingredients

Flan

  • 1 cup of unsweetened cashew milk

  • 2 scoops of Nuzest Vanilla Pea Protein (PURELYHL for discount)

  • 2 organic eggs

  • 2 tbsp of sugar alternative

  • 1 tsp of vanilla extract

  • 1 tsp of Mexican vanilla extract

  • 1/3 cup of sugar-free caramel syrup

Toppings

  • 1 cup of crushed Magic Spoon Chocolate Cereal

  • 3 tbsp of sugar-free caramel syrup

  • Banana Slices


Method

  1. Preheat the oven at 350F.

  2. Blend all the ingredients for the custard.

  3. Pour sugar-free sugar-free caramel in a small container.

  4. Top with blended custard mix.

  5. Place the baking dish in a bigger baking dish and fill it with water half way (water Mary method).

  6. Bake for 30-40 minutes.

  7. Mix the ingredients for the topping.

  8. Let the custard cool down completely.

  9. Flip carefully and add the toppings, enjoy!
