Serves 13 muffins


Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cup of gluten-free flour

  • 1 tsp of baking soda

  • 1 tsp of baking powder

  • 1/2 tsp of sea salt

  • 1/2 cup of cacao powder

  • 2 scoops of Ready Nutrition 100% Chocolate Whey Protein

  • 1/2 cup of oats

  • 1 crumbled Ready Nutrition Granola Bar

  • 3/4 cups of Greek yogurt

  • 2 whole eggs

  • 2 ripe bananas

  • 2 tsp of vanilla extract

  • 1/2 cup of sugar-free chocolate chips


Instructions

  1. Preheat Oven: Start by heating your oven to 350°F (175°C).

  2. Mix Dry Ingredients: In a large bowl, combine the gluten-free flour, baking soda, baking powder, cacao powder, sea salt, oats, and whey protein powder.

  3. Add Wet Ingredients: Stir in the organic eggs, vanilla extract, Greek yogurt, and mashed bananas until well blended.
