Chocolate Candied Bacon Mocha Pancakes

Serves 1
Ingredients
2/3 cup Prozis Protein Pancake Mix in Caramel flavor ("PURELYHL" for discount)
2 tbsp of instant coffee
1/2 cup of egg whites
1/2 cup of unsweetened almond milk
1 tsp of vanilla
1/4 cup of granulated alullose or monk fruit
Candied Bacon
3 slices of pastured raised bacon
2 tbsp of alullose or monk fruit
1/4 cup of RxSugar Keto Maple Syrup
1 tbsp of low-carb chocolate chips
Instructions
Mix the pancake mix with alullose, vanilla and egg whites and almond milk. Stir well.
Pour over a pancake maker (like Dash) or cook in a skillet and cook for 4-5 minutes.
In another skillet cook the bacon until crispy.
Then mix with maple syrup and alullose until it gets caramelized.
Top with chocolate and enjoy!
