Chocolate Caramel Orange Cookies

Serves 11 cookies
Ingredients
3/4 cup of Beth Blends Gluten-Free Flour (PURELYHL for discount)
1 tsp of baking powder
1/4 tsp of baking salt
4 scoops of Nuzest Vegan Rich Chocolate Protein (PURELYHL for discount)
1/2 of RxSugar alullose (MARIA20 for discount)
1/3 cup of brown granulated monk fruit
1/4 cup of cashew butter
1/3 cup of RxSugar Sugar-Free Chocolate Syrup (MARIA20 for discount)
2 whole eggs
2 tsp of vanilla extract
1/3 cup of salted caramel chocolate chips (used Lily's)
1/3 cup of candied orange peel
Instructions
Preheat the oven at 350F.
Mix all the dry ingredients for the cookies.
Add the wet ingredients and mix until fully incorporated.
Create 11 cookies and place them on a baking tray.
Refrigerate for 10 minutes, optional but creates a better texture con baked cookies!
Bake for 11-12 minutes.
