For the the base of this Chocolate Chai Protein Smoothie I used oat milk, but you can your favorite one (almond milk, cashew milk, coconut milk, regular milk, etc.) and I also added a banana to increase the thickness on this smoothie, it just basically a must on my smoothies but if you want to keep it low carb you can add an avocado or greek yogurt.
I also added chia seeds for extra fiber, if you don't have chia seeds you can also use ground flax seeds or just skip this ingredient.
Have you tried sweetening with Rx Sugar Alullose? A great way to reduce the sugar in your recipes and overall life, the taste goes 1:1 to regular sugar so it's a great replacement! Love baking and cooking with it (MARIA20 for discount).

Chocolate Chai Protein Smoothie

Serves 1 smoothie
Ingredients
1 1/2 cup of oat milk
1/2 cup of water
2 chai tea bags
1 scoop of Isopure Low Carb Protein in Dutch Chocolate
1 tbsp of chia seeds
1 frozen banana
1 pinch of sea salt
4 packs of stevia (or to taste)
Extras
Sugar-Free Chocolate Syrup (to decorate the glass)
Whipped Cream (for topping)
Chocolate Protein Cereal (for topping)
Instructions
Blend all the ingredients.
Decorate your favorite glass and serve the smoothie in it.
Add extra toppings (optional).
Sip and enjoy!
