Chocolate Cherry Waffles

Serves 4 servings
Ingredients
For the Waffles
1/4 cup of almond flour
4 eggs
2 scoops of grass-fed collagen (used Marigold PURELYHL for discount)
1/2 tsp of cinnamon
1 tsp of vanilla Extract
2 tbsp of Nuzest in Vanilla (PURELYHL for discount)
To serve
Dairy Free Yogurt
Cherries
Chocolate Chips
Method
Preheat the your waffle maker.
Mix the ingredients for the waffles.
Pour about 1/4 cup of the batter into the waffle maker and cook for 4-5 minutes.
Let them cool down.
In a little bowl mix the greek yogurt, with a touch of monk fruit.
Top two of the waffles with the greek yogurt mix, add the cherries and chocolate chips and top with the other half of the waffles.
Freeze or enjoy at the moment.
