Hello friends! Hope you are having a wonderful week! Mine has been better; to be honest I had a hard couple of weeks adjusting to the new semester. My stress was over the roof and everything I wanted is to cook all the time, definitely it's my favorite way to reduce my stress, it eases my mind in an incredible way!
What are some of your ways to reduce stress in your life? Here are some of mine.

- Chat with a close friend
- Hug someone
- Being nice to people
- Cuddles with the pup
You can pick your favorite and enjoy! Nothing is permanent, we are strong and we can handle anything. But it's important to manage this stress... LET IT ALL OUT!
So this week I let all my stress out with these tasty Chocolate Chips Peanut Butter Cups, they were the most easy thing to do and the tase was unbelievable! These were:
- Soft
- Chewy
- Low carb
- No oven require
- Freezer friendly
You'll only need a mixing bowl, a spoon and a silicon muffin cup. As easy as that, seriously these are a must try! In fact, I'm planning on doing my second batch! Here are some of my recipes; low carb, paleo, vegan.

Chocolate Chip Peanut Butter Cups (THE BEST)

Serves 12
Ingredients
1/2 cup of peanut butter flour
1/2 cup of coconut flour
2 scoops of Nuzest chocolate vegan protein (PURELYHL for discount)
1/3 cup of monk fruit
1 tsp of cinnamon
3 Tbsp of beef gelatin
1 cup of hot water
1/4 cup of low carb chocolate chips
Method
In a bowl mix all the dry ingredients.
Add the hot water and mix until the mix is nice and even.
Pour the mix in 12 silicone muffin cups.
Top with chocolate and freeze for 3-4 hours!
