Using my favorite ingredients; My current obsession, Nucolato no sugar added chocolate hazelnut spread... simply amazing and better for you!

We are showing some love to all my nutella, cookies and dessert enthusiasts... this recipe is for you! But with that I also wanted to include my personal, an extra healthy but still delicious twist by just adding some low carb chocolate hazelnut spread from Nucolato and Nuzest chocolate pea protein (PURELYHL for discount).

Chocolate Hazelnut Easter Egg Protein Cookies

Serves 9 cookies


Ingredients

  • 1 cup of Nuzest chocolate pea protein (PURELYHL for discount)

  • 1/2 tsp of baking powder

  • 1/2 cup of Rx Sugar alullose (MARIA20 for discount)

  • 1/2 cup of brown granulated monk fruit

  • 3/4 cup Nucolato no sugar added chocolate hazelnut spread

  • 1 whole egg (or egg substitute)

  • 1 tsp of vanilla extract

  • 1/4 cup of water

  • 1/3 cup of chopped chocolate easter eggs


Method

  1. Preheat the oven at 325F.

  2. Mix all the all the dry ingredients for the cookies but save half of the chocolate easter eggs.

  3. Add the wet ingredients and mix again.

  4. Refrigerate the dough in the fridge for 10 minutes.

  5. Create 9 big cookies and top with leftover chocolate eggs.

  6. Bake for 11-13 minutes.

  7. Enjoy!
