Chocolate Mint Cheesecake "Oreo" Protein Ice Cream

Serves 1


Ingredients

Base

  • 1 cup of 2% milk

  • 2/3 cup of unsweetened almond milk

  • 1/4 cup of RxSugar alullose (MARIA20 for discount)

  • 2 tbsp of Simply Delish Vanilla Instant Pudding mix (PURELYHL for discount)

  • 2-3 drops of peppermint essential oil

  • 1 scoop of Equip Foods Chocolate Grass-Fed Protein (PURELYHL for discount)

Mix-Ins

  • 2 pieces of the laughing cow cheese

  • 4 low sugar chocolate mint sandwich cookies


Instructions.

  1. Mix all the ingredients for the ice cream base using a blender or milk frother.

  2. Cover and freeze overnight.

  3. Set it on your Ninja Creami once frozen and press on the Ice Cream option.

  4. Add your toppings (save some for topping) and press Mix-In. Re-Spin 2 times.

  5. Serve the ice cream and add your leftover toppings.

  6. Enjoy!
