Soak the Panettone Well: Ensure that the panettone cubes are properly soaked in the egg mixture to achieve soft, custardy results.
Don’t Overmix: Combine the ingredients gently to maintain the integrity of the panettone cubes and prevent a mushy texture.
Use a Even Baking Dish: A shallow, evenly sized baking dish ensures that the casserole cooks uniformly.
Monitor Baking Time: Keep an eye on the casserole as it cooks to achieve that perfect golden top without over-baking.
Creative Variations.
Add Fruit: Incorporate fresh or dried fruits like bananas, cranberries, or apples into the panettone mixture for added flavor and nutrients.
Nutty Twist: Sprinkle chopped nuts, such as pecans or almonds, on top before baking for a delightful crunch.
Spice it Up: Add spices like cinnamon, nutmeg, or pumpkin spice to the egg mixture for an extra flavor dimension.
Different Milks: Experiment with different plant-based milk options such as oat milk or coconut milk to diversify the flavor profile.

2 whole eggs
1/3 cup of egg whites
1/8 tsp of sea salt
1/3 cup of granulated monk fruit
2/3 cup of unsweetened almond milk
1 tsp of vanilla extract
Toppings
Brown granulated monk fruit
Melted sugar-free chocolate
Instructions
Preheat Your Oven: Start by preheating your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Cube the Panettone: Cut the half of the panettone into bite-sized cubes and place them in a mixing bowl, allowing the chocolatey goodness to shine.
Mix the Egg Mixture: In a separate bowl, whisk together the whole eggs, egg whites, almond milk, vanilla extract, and sea salt until well combined.
Combine the Mixtures: Pour the egg mixture over the panettone cubes, ensuring that they are thoroughly soaked in the rich batter.
Transfer to Baking Dish: Carefully transfer the soaked panettone mixture into a greased baking dish, spreading it evenly.
Bake to Perfection: Place the dish in the oven and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the top is lightly golden and the casserole is set.
