Chocolate Pecan Ice Cream Pie

Serves 1-2 servings
Ingredients
1 low carb tortilla
2 tbsp sugar-free chocolate syrup
1 tbsp of brown granulated monk fruit
1 pint Halo Top Chocolate Cake Batter Ice Cream
Glaze
1/2 cup of powdered monk fruit
3 tbsp sugar-free maple syrup
6 pecans
Instructions
Preheat the oven at 350F.
Place the tortilla in small pie baking dish.
Spread the chocolate syrup and sprinkle the brown monk fruit (this is to make it crispier).
Bake for 15-18 minutes, and let it cool.
Mix the powdered monk fruit with maple syrup.
Add the ice cream over the pie crust, spread and top with the glaze and finish it up with the pecans.
Refrigerate and enjoy!
