Christmas Crack Cookie Protein Ice Cream

By María Fernanda López

Serves 1

Ingredients

Base:

Mix-Ins:

  • 3 Ritz sandwich crackers (for that sweet and salty crunch)

  • 2 tbsp of sugar-free chocolate chips

  • 2 pieces of sugar-free Cocomels caramels

  • 1/2 bar of Ready Nutrition Chocolate Chip Clean Bar (for extra protein and deliciousness)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Base: In a blender or milk frother, combine all the base ingredients—2% milk, almond milk, chocolate whey protein, sea salt, vanilla extract, monk fruit, and chocolate pudding mix. Blend until smooth and creamy.

  2. Freeze Overnight: Transfer the mixture to an airtight container and freeze overnight. This step is crucial for achieving the perfect ice cream texture.

  3. Creami Time: Once frozen, place the mixture in your Ninja Creami and select the Ice Cream option. This innovative machine ensures that your ice cream is whipped to perfection.

  4. Add Toppings: After the initial cycle, gently fold in your mix-ins—Ritz crackers, sugar-free chocolate chips, Cocomels, and pieces of your Ready Nutrition Clean Bar. For an extra delightful presentation, save a few toppings for serving.

  5. Final Spin: If needed, re-spin the mixture to ensure everything is well combined and the texture is creamy.

  6. Serve & Enjoy: Scoop your delicious Christmas Crack Cookie Protein Ice Cream into bowls or cones. Top with any remaining mix-ins for a festive touch.
