We are showing some love to all my Churro Caramel Protein Truffles enthusiasts... this recipe is for you! But with that I also wanted to include my personal, an extra healthy but still delicious twist by just adding some Nuzest Caramel Pea Protein (PURELYHL for discount) and coconut flour, cinnamon, cashew butter and with a touch of D'vash Date Syrup.

Keeping it extra delicious, healthy and just epic, and to make it even healthier we are using Nuzest Caramel Pea Protein (PURELYHL for discount) with some D'vash Date Syrup with coconut flour, cinnamon, of course. A great healthy recipe without sacrificing great taste!
You won't see dates recipes another way from now on! This is simply perfect for meal prep since they just require a few ingredients as well as minimal steps to make these little loaves, also ready yo attack that sweet tooth at any moment.
The base of this Churro Caramel Protein Truffles:
The base is made with simple ingredients, coconut flour, brown granulated monk fruit and to keep things sweet some D'vash Date Syrup and some Nuzest Caramel Pea Protein (PURELYHL for discount).
Feel free to to use your favorite low carb sweetener, I used D'vash Date Syrup but I also love using stevia for my baked goods; always a staple in my baking pantry for sure, and essential for healthier desserts.

Churro Caramel Protein Truffles

Serves 10 truffles
Ingredients
1/2 cup of Nuzest Caramel Pea Protein (PURELYHL for discount)
1/2 cup of coconut flour
1/4 cup of cashew butter
1/4 cup of D'vash Date Syrup
3/4 cup of unsweetened almond milk
1/2 tbsp of cinnamon
1 tsp of vanilla extract
1/2 tsp of almond extract
Coating
1/4 cup of date sugar
Instructions
Mix all the dry ingredients in a large bowl.
Add in the wet ingredients and scoop the dough with a cookie scooper.
Created 10 bites.
Coat in date sugar, optional but recommended.
