This recipe overall is creamy, low sugar, high-protein and of course, delicious. I used the Organic Eggnog from Kalona SuperNatural and cottage cheese as my secret ingredients that will make this recipe so moist and extra moist... hard to say no to this one!
This is just a great snack to make anytime of the year, although it's perfect for this holiday season! It's an unmissable recipe that everyone will love and will also nourish your body... since Kalona is made from from grass-fed cows on small family farms who practice regenerative farming, Non- homogenized, low temp pasteurized dairy- as closest to raw milk as possible.

Feel free to to use your favorite low carb sweetener, I used monk fruit but I also love using alullose or stevia for my baked goods; always a staple in my baking pantry for sure, and essential for healthier desserts.
And for the pie filling, I simply used Organic Eggnog from Kalona SuperNatural, a game changer to make it moist, creamy and of course even more delicious than regular pie recipes, along with vanilla instant pudding, sugar free of course from Simply Delish, PURELYHL for discount.

Churro Eggnog Protein Milkshake

Serves 1 milkshake
Ingredients
1 cup of unsweetened almond milk
1/2 cup of Kalona SuperNatural Organic Eggnog
1 tsp of vanilla extract
1/2 cup of cottage cheese
1/4 cup of granulated monk fruit or RxSugar alullose
Whipped Cream
1/2 cup of Kalona SuperNatural Organic Whipped Cream
1 tbsp of cinnamon keto syrup (used RxSugar)
Monk fruit brown sugar for topping
Method:
Blend all the ingredients in your blender.
Pour into a glass.
Whip the whipping cream and using a whipping cream dispenser top the eggnog pie.
Add the brown sugar and enjoy!
