Churro Honey Goat Cheese Stuffed Pretzels

Serves 4 pretzels
Ingredients
For the Pretzels
1 pack of pizza dough
1 pack of Celebrity Goat Cheese in Honey
1 whisked egg
For Boiling
1 cup of hot water
1/4 cup of baking soda
Churro Coating
2 tsp of cinnamon powder
1/8 tsp of sea salt
1/4 cup of brown granulated monk fruit
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 450°F (232°C).
Roll out the pizza dough using a rolling pin until it’s evenly stretched.
Slice the dough lengthwise into four equal pieces and stretch each piece to your desired thickness.
Spread a generous amount of Celebrity Goat Cheese in Honey in the center of each piece of dough and roll the dough carefully from one end to the other.
Create a pretzel shape: cross the ends of the twisted rope over each other twice, ensuring they remain secure but not too tight. Then fold the ends down towards the bottom of the U shape and press gently to secure.
Prepare your boiling solution by mixing hot water with baking soda. Dip each pretzel into this mixture and then brush them with whisked egg.
Place the pretzels on a baking sheet and bake them for about 12-15 minutes, or until they are golden brown.
While the pretzels cool, mix together the churro coating ingredients in a bowl. Once cooled, coat the pretzels generously with this mixture and enjoy!
