Using my favorite ingredients; My current obsession, Gifted Breads Gluten Free Pretzel Rolls, along with some brown granulated monk fruit and cinnamon.

We are showing some love to all my pretzel and churro enthusiasts... this recipe is for you! But with that I also wanted to include my personal, an extra healthy but still delicious twist by just soaking them in egg whites, almond milk and vanilla... air dried and then covered with brown monk fruit and cinnamon.

To make it even healthier we are using RxSugar alullose as our sweetener, Gifted Breads Gluten Free Pretzel Rolls, egg whites, almond milk, vanilla extract, cinnamon and brown granulated monk fruit. A great healthy recipe without sacrificing great taste!
You won't see pretzels or churros another way from now on! This is simply perfect for meal prep since they just require a few ingredients as well as minimal steps to make these little loaves, also ready yo attack that sweet tooth at any moment.

Feel free to to use your favorite low carb sweetener, I used RxSugar alullose (MARIA20 for discount) but I also love using alullose or stevia for my baked goods; always a staple in my baking pantry for sure, and essential for healthier desserts.

Churro Pretzel Bites

Serves 8 serving
Ingredients
8 Gifted Breads Gluten Free Pretzel Rolls
1/2 cup of egg whites
2 tbsp of RxSugar alullose
1/2 cup of unsweetened almond milk
2 tsp of vanilla extract
Toppings
1/3 cup of brown granulated monk fruit.
2 tsp of cinnamon
Method
Poke some holes in the pretzels using a chopstick or something similar.
Mix all the unsweetened almond milk, egg whites, RxSugar alullose and vanilla extract.
Soak the pretzel rolls in the mix and leave them in the mix for 10-15 minutes. With a spoon cover the pretzels with liquid mix to make sure they get nicely soaked.
Transfer to your air fryer and set it at 360F for 5 minutes.
Mix the brown monk fruit with cinnamon. Cover the air fried pretzel rolls in the mix.
Serve and enjoy!
