We are showing some love to all my dessert bread pudding and cinnamon enthusiasts... this recipe is for you! But with that I also wanted to include my personal, an extra healthy but still delicious twist by just adding the cinnamon clusters, sugar-free maple syrup, more cinnamon, and also, Atoria's Family Bakery Cinnamon Mini Naan.

Keeping it extra delicious, healthy and just epic by using some cinnamon naan breads, and to make it even healthier we are using RxSugar sugar-free maple syrup as our sweetener and of course some of these fantastic Atoria's Family Bakery Cinnamon Mini Naan. A great healthy recipe without sacrificing great taste!
You won't see naan and bread pudding another way from now on! This is simply perfect for meal prep since they just require a few ingredients as well as minimal steps to make these little loaves, also ready yo attack that sweet tooth at any moment.
The base of this Cinnamon Crunch Naan Bread Pudding:
The base is made with simple ingredients, some egg whites, unsweetened almond milk, Thai Milk extract, sugar-free marshmallows and to keep things sweet some RxSugar maple syrup, and for the bread I have been loving these Atoria's Family Bakery Cinnamon Mini Naan. The perfect flavors for this gourmet bread pudding.
Feel free to to use your favorite low carb sweetener, I used RxSugar maple syrup (MARIA20 for discount) but I also love using abullone or stevia for my baked goods; always a staple in my baking pantry for sure, and essential for healthier desserts.

Okay, from now on it will be hard for me to eat bread pudding or naan bread another way! These are super easy to make and just super yummy, plus good for you. I have been loving single serving desserts, I have been enjoying if as my post-workout too.

Cinnamon Crunch Naan Bread Pudding

Serves 1 serving
Ingredients
2 Atoria's Family Bakery Cinnamon Mini Naan Breads
1 tsp of vanilla extract
1/3 cup of egg whites
1/4 tsp cinnamon
2 tbsp of Rx Sugar Maple Syrup (MARIA20 for discount)
1/3 cup of unsweetened almond milk
Toppings
1/4 cup of sugar-free cinnamon clusters
1/4 cup of powdered monk fruit
2 tbsp of unsweetened almond milk
Instructions
Mix the egg whites, vanilla extract, cinnamon, maple syrup and almond milk.
Cut the naan bread in half and soak it on the egg mix.
Place them in a small baking dish. Pour over the leftover egg mix.
Bake for 20-25 minutes.
Mix the powdered monk fruit with almond milk and top the bread pudding with it.
Top with cinnamon clusters and enjoy!
