Cinnamon Roll Malted Pancakes

Serves 8 pancakes
Ingredients
1 cup of Beth Blends gluten free raising flour
1 tsp of cinnamon
1/4 cup of malted milk powder
1/4 tsp of baking salt
1 whole egg
1/4 cup of Nutpods Cookie Butter Coffee Creamer (PURELY_HEALTHY_LIVING for discount)
3/4 cup of macadamia milk
1/3 cup of granulated monk fruit
Glaze
2/3 cup of powdered monk fruit
2 tbsp of macadamia milk
1 tsp of vanilla extract
Instructions
Mix the dry ingredients for the pancakes, then incorporate the rest of the ingredients, stir without over mixing.
Cook on a pancake griddle for 3-4 minutes or on a skillet for 1-2 minutes per side in medium low heat.
Mix the ingredients for the glaze, top the pancakes with it, along with some sugar-free maple syrup and enjoy!
