Cinnamon Roll Malted Pancakes

Serves 8 pancakes


Ingredients

  • 1 cup of Beth Blends gluten free raising flour

  • 1 tsp of cinnamon

  • 1/4 cup of malted milk powder

  • 1/4 tsp of baking salt

  • 1 whole egg

  • 1/4 cup of Nutpods Cookie Butter Coffee Creamer (PURELY_HEALTHY_LIVING for discount)

  • 3/4 cup of macadamia milk

  • 1/3 cup of granulated monk fruit

Glaze

  • 2/3 cup of powdered monk fruit

  • 2 tbsp of macadamia milk

  • 1 tsp of vanilla extract


Instructions

  1. Mix the dry ingredients for the pancakes, then incorporate the rest of the ingredients, stir without over mixing.

  2. Cook on a pancake griddle for 3-4 minutes or on a skillet for 1-2 minutes per side in medium low heat.

  3. Mix the ingredients for the glaze, top the pancakes with it, along with some sugar-free maple syrup and enjoy!
