Circus Sprinkle Chewy Cookies

Serves 8 cookies
Ingredients
2/3 cup of coconut flour
1 tsp of baking powder
2/3 of RxSugar alullose (MARIA20 for discount)
1/3 cup of cashew butter
1/4 cup of almond milk
1 whole egg
2 tsp of vanilla extract
6 crushed mini white fudge dipped sandwich cookies (used Target brand)
Instructions
Preheat the oven at 350F.
Mix all the dry ingredients for the cookies.
Crush three of the cookies and mix in.
Add the wet ingredients and mix until fully incorporated.
Create 8 cookies and place them on a baking tray.
Add the rest of the crushed cookies on top.
Bake for 13-14 minutes.
