Condensed Milk Strawberry Lime Bread

Serves 6-8 pieces
Ingredients
1 cup of Beth Blends Gluten-Free Self-Raising Flour (PURELYHL for discount)
2 scoop of Equip Foods Caramel Grass-Fed Protein (PURELYHL for discount)
3/4 cup of coconut condensed milk
3 eggs
1 tsp of vanilla extract
2 tbsp of lime juice
Glaze
2/3 cup of powdered monk fruit
1 tsp of vanilla extract
2 tbsp of unsweetened almond milk
2 tbsp of chopped freeze dried strawberries
Instructions
Preheat the oven at 350F.
Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl.
Add the eggs, condensed milk, vanilla and lime juice.
Transfer the batter into a silicone loaf baking dish.
Bake for 35-40 minutes and let them cool down.
Let it cool down, mix the ingredients for the glaze except for the strawberries.
Add your toppings, slice into 6-8 slices and enjoy!
