Cookie Dough Spring Rolls

Serves 2 rolls
Ingredients
Cookie Dough
4 large rice cakes (blended to flour)
1/3 of RxSugar alullose (MARIA20 for discount)
2/3 cup of organic yogurt (you can use vegan yogurt)
1 tsp of vanilla extract
1 tsp of cinnamon
2 tbsp of sugar-Free chocolate chips
Wrap
Instructions
Mix all the ingredients for the cookie dough.
Pass the rice papers into water until fully coated.
Stuff them with cookie dough and roll them carefully like a burrito.
Sprinkle alullose and cinnamon. Air fry for 6 minutes at 380F.
Let it cool down and serve with yogurt, chocolate syrup and extra chocolate chips enjoy!
