Cookie Monster Cheesecake Protein Shake

Ingredients
1/2 cup of low fat cottage cheese
1 1/2 cup of unsweetened almond milk
1 scoops of Rise grass-fed vanilla protein
3 tbsp of granulated monk fruit
1 tsp of blue spirulina
1/8 tsp of almond extract
1 pinch of sea salt
Toppings
Instructions
Blend all the ingredients for the shake.
Serve on a cute glass.
Top with whipped cream and other toppings.
