Serves 1


Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup of low fat cottage cheese

  • 1 1/2 cup of unsweetened almond milk

  • 1 scoops of Rise grass-fed vanilla protein

  • 3 tbsp of granulated monk fruit

  • 1 tsp of blue spirulina

  • 1/8 tsp of almond extract

  • 1 pinch of sea salt

Toppings

  • 1/4 chopped Rise Bar  Chocolately Coconut Protein Bar

  • 1/4 chopped Rise Bar  Cinnamon Honey Protein Bar

  • Coconut Whipped Cream


Instructions

  1. Blend all the ingredients for the shake.

  2. Serve on a cute glass.

  3. Top with whipped cream and other toppings.

  4. Sip and enjoy!
