Cosmic Brownie Ice Cream Cake

Serves 2-4 servings
Ingredients
Cake
Greek Yogurt Ganache
1 cup of vanilla greek yogurt
3 tbsp of cacao powder
2 tbsp of granulated monk fruit
Topping
Chocolate Cosmic Sprinkles
Instructions
Preheat the oven at 350F.
Mix all the dry ingredients for the cake and then add the wet ingredients.
Mix until fully incorporated.
Pour over the small baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes.
Let it cool down.
Mix the ingredients for the ganache and top the cake with it.
Finally add the sprinkles and enjoy!
