This recipe overall is paleo and gluten-free, low sugar and high protein as well. I used Nuzest Vanilla Pea Protein (PURELYHL for discount), some dairy free yogurt and some coconut granola (grain-free) as a base of this recipe... and of course, some cranberries along with some pumpkin puree.


This bread is just perfect to make during all the holiday baking season, it's easy to make and extremely delicious! It's an unmissable recipe that everyone will love and will also nourish your body... high protein and of course also a great source of the pumpkin antioxidants.

Cranberry Cinnamon Holiday Protein Bread

Serves 6 big slices


Ingredients

Bread

  • 1 1/2 cup of Nuzest Vanilla Pea Protein (PURELYHL for discount)

  • 1 tsp of baking powder

  • 1/4 cup of coconut grain free granola

  • 1/2 cup of granulated monk fruit

  • 1 cup of pumpkin puree

  • 2/3 cup of dairy free yogurt

  • 1/2 cup of frozen cranberries

  • 3/4 cup of hot water

  • 3 of Vahdam India berry cinnamon herbal tea bags


Toppings

  • 1/4 cup of coconut grain free granola

  • 1/4 cup of pecans

  • 1/2 cup of frozen cranberries

Method

  1. Preheat the oven at 350F.

  2. Steep the tea bags in the hot water for 4-5 minutes.

  3. Mix all the dry ingredients and then add the wet ingredients.

  4. Pour into a loaf baking dish.

  5. Add the toppings.

  6. Bake for 30-35 minutes.

  7. Slice into 6-8 pieces and enjoy!
