Creamy Chipotle Miso Pasta (Vegan)

Serves 2


Ingredients

  • 2/3 cup of Forager Project dairy-free yogurt

  • 3 cups of cooked pasta

  • 1 tbsp dried onion flakes

  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

  • 1/2 tsp s ea salt

  • 1 tsp taco seasoning

  • 2 tbsp of chipotle puree

  • 1 tbsp of miso paste

Toppings

  • 1/4 cup of cilantro

  • 1 tsp of red pepper flakes

  • 2 tbsp of crushed tortilla chips


Instructions 

  1. Mix the yogurt with seasoning, chipotle and miso paste.

  2. Mix the pasta with the sauce.

  3. Serve on a plate and top with cilantro, crushed tortilla chips and red pepper flakes.

  4. Enjoy!
