Creamy Nacho Cauliflower Salad

Serves 4


Ingredients

  • 1 medium cauliflower

  • 1/2 chopped bell pepper

  • 1/3 cup of chopped cilantro

  • 1 tsp of garlic

  • 1/8 tsp of black pepper

  • 1/4 tsp of sea salt

  • 3/4 cup of plain yogurt

  • 1 tbsp of parmesan cheese

  • 1/3 cup of crushed Pop Chips in Nacho Flavor


Instructions

  1. Steam the cauliflower until it gets soft and easy to chop.

  2. Cut the cauliflower into pieces and add the chopped bell pepper and cilantro.

  3. Add the rest of the ingredients.

  4. Serve in a bowl and add extra crushed nacho chips for garnish.

  5. Enjoy!
