Serves 2


Ingredients

  • 4 steamed carrots

  • 2/3 cup of unsweetened almond milk

  • 1 cup of vegetable stock

  • 1/2 tbsp of shiitake mushroom seasoning

  • 1 tbsp of nutritional yeast

  • 1 scoop Koyah Life Organic Broccoli Sprouts Powder

  • 1 scoop of Koyah Life Organic Celery Powder

  • 1 scoop Koyah Life Organic Spinach Powder

  • 1 tsp of sea salt

  • 1 tsp of garlic powder

  • 1/8 tsp of black pepper

  • 1 tbsp of dried onion flakes

Serving

  • Dairy-free cream

  • Red pepper flakes

  • Sourdough croutons

  • Fresh Cilantro


Instructions

  1. Blend all the ingredients in a blender for 1:00 minute.

  2. Serve in a bowl, decorate with cream, red pepper flakes, croutons and cilantro.
