What's in these Crispy Salmon Skin Broccoli?
As I mentioned earlier, I used crispy salmon skin that I got from Good Fish! These are literally crispy salmon skins, source from sustainably caught sockeye salmon. They are low carb and each bag has 10 grams of protein.
The seasonings included in this recipe are real salt, black pepper, garlic powder and dried parsley. That really brings up the taste from the broccoli, that combined with the cheese and the salmon skin is just WONDERFUL.
Veggies are actually very fun to prepare! As a nutritionist I know that healthy eating should be sustainable and convenient without sacrificing any taste. This recipe is a great and encouraging recipe to try veggies in different ways, not only plain old and boring green salads!

Broccoli
Jalapeño Sauce
Crispy Salmon Skin (used Good Fish)
Egg Whites
Cheese
Black Pepper
Real Salt
Garlic
The jalapeño sauce in this recipe really gives them a nice kick of flavor, not too spicy but enough to enjoy the taste of them, I actually used this one from Siete Foods! A staple in my fridge an life but you are free to use the one of your preference.
And for spices, adding real salt, pepper and garlic really amps up any taste and aroma to the recipes; a must and another sneaky way to get some micronutrients such as minerals from the sea salt or real salt.
And the egg whites here are also important, they serve as glue to the crispy salmon skin, and for extra crispiness too!
