You only need your chopping board and skewers, so double win for a mess free and delicious healthy recipe! One of the best parts of this recipe is that it's made with simple ingredients and it just takes a few steps to make! Using my favorite ingredients; My current obsession chives, potatoes (can't get enough) and chipotle sauce.

We are showing some love to all my potato enthusiasts... this recipe is for you! But with that I also wanted to include my personal, an extra healthy but still delicious twist by just adding the chipotle sauce, pizza seasoning and making an easy fresh chives cream.

Keeping it extra delicious, healthy and just epic by using some garlic, and dutch potatoes and to add more flavor some sauce, and to make it even healthier we are using some roasted jalapeños, ranch seasoning, and of course some of these fantastic Melissa's Baby Dutch Yellow Potatoes. A great healthy recipe without sacrificing great taste!
You won't see skewers another way from now on! This is simply perfect for meal prep since they just require a few ingredients as well as minimal steps to make these little skewers, also ready to enjoy for dinner of lunch.

The base is made with simple ingredients, some baby dutch yellow potatoes, chipotle sauce, pizza seasoning, and of course, fresh chives to make the cream along with some greek yogurt this delicious and healthier recipe for your family.
Feel free to use your favorite type of potato, but you I highly recommend using Melissa's Baby Dutch Yellow Potatoes because these are seriously so buttery and great for grilling or baking!

Crispy & Spicy Potatoes with Chive Cream

Serves 1-2 serving
Ingredients
1 tbsp of French butter
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp of pizza seasonings
1 tsp of parmesan cheese
1/8 tsp of black pepper
1 tbsp of chipotle sauce
1/2 tsp of sea salt
Green Onion Cream
1 cup of plain yogurt
1 tsp of garlic
1/2 tbsp of pizza seasoning
1 tbsp of fresh chopped chives
Method
Slice the potatoes In half and create little cuts across each half.
Microwave for 2 minutes, toss them in a large bowl and mix with all of the ingredients except for 1/2 tbsp of butter and mozzarella cheese.
Spread the 1/2 tbsp of butter in a folded air fryer basket and toss the grated mozzarella cheese, top with the potatoes and air fry for 10 minutes, then shake and add another 10 minutes… both times at 400F.
Mix the ingredients for the cream.
Serve in a plate with chive cream and enjoy!
