Maple Granola Butter Crunchy Cheesecake

Serves 2 servings


Ingredients

Cheesecake

  • Egg

  • 1 cup of Forager Project Coconut & Cashew Yogurt

  • 1 tbsp Michele's Granola Granola Butter

  • 1 whole organic egg

  • 1 tsp of chai spices (cinnamon, ginger, star anise and cloves)

  • 1 tsp of vanilla extract

  • 1/4 cup of granulated monk fruit

  • 1/4 cup of Michele's Granola

Toppings


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven at 350F.

  2. Blend the ingredients for the cheesecake except for the granola.

  3. Add the granola into individual size small baking dishes and pour over the cheesecake batter.

  4. Bake for 35-40 minutes inside a larger dish half way full of water (bain-mary)

  5. Let it cool down.

  6. Add your toppings and enjoy!
